Costs
Psychotherapy is a medium term process, even though there is not a set number of sessions you need to commit to, it is recommended that you are allocated a set time each week so you are able dedicate yourself towards change and growth.
The initial consultation maps out the process of therapy and discusses in detail the work and structure of the therapeutic process.
Psychotherapy cost per 1 hour session
Couple's counselling: $130.
Individual sessions: $120
